Over the years we have had a bunch of parties down in the woods including a Hawaiian Luau, 4th of July bash, a farewell party, and a bachelor party. In 2005 we decided to have our first Halloween party and it was a big hit. The fright fest grew in size every year and especially after my dad had a 20x30-foot pavilion constructed in 2007. Preparing for the Halloween party has become a major hobby of mine and I look forwarding to topping myself each year. It's quite an effort to pull off the party and the 2009 edition took a month to set everything up.... and a few weeks to break it all down. My dad, the original party animal, is no longer with us but we carry on in this honor.
